If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold the correspondence and contact details you share with us there too.

• Prepare and send you the quote you requested
• Contact you about your enquiry and, if you book, arrange and carry out your move
• Keep records we are required to hold for accounting and legal purposes

Our lawful basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to your quote request) and performance of a contract (carrying out your move). We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Where we store it & who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our secure customer-management system, hosted on servers within the UK/European Union. We share your data only with the service providers who help us run this website and respond to you:

• our website hosting provider;
• a secure database provider that stores your enquiry so our team can respond and manage your move;
• email delivery services that send your enquiry to us and send your quotation to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to book. Records relating to completed moves are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes (normally six years). You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time.
